Karl Konieczny Karl Konieczny grew up on a small farm in Hadley and purchased his first Tractor Mounted Hydraulic Backhoe in the 1940's. There was more and more contract work and less farming. In the mid 50's he worked on Route 91 and then moved from being an equipment operator to managing a growing Sitework business. Today Karl's Excavating and SiteWork has more than 35 employees, 2 sand and gravel pits and over 35 backhoes, excavators, bulldozers and other equipment to get the job done right. |
